Former show dogs, Spice and Bravo were a pair of pedigree Setters that, on retirement, came into the lives of my dear friends, Mary & Terry.

Mary and Terry’s large property south of Canberra, was a a huge change for these beautiful dogs and they took to country life with gusto, running with the horses, chasing rabbits, and lounging around with Mum & Dad at the end of the day.

Spice, who missed her goofy brother, outlived Bravo by just a few months.

There is nothing sadder than to lose a most loved pet, and this pastel was created by the Artist in response to the passing of this magnificent and irreplaceable pair.
